🎟️ REFUND INFORMATION for Riders:

1) If you entered online, Trackside will refund your card.  Be patient.

2) If you entered at Golden Suzuki Honda Kawasaki Yamaha or at the Ector County Coliseum we will issue refunds at 10:30 am today at the registration booth.  If you cannot make it at that time we will mail out checks.  

🎟️ REFUND INFORMATION for tickets:

Refunds are available at the point of purchase:

1) All credit/debit card purchases (online, phone, or in-person): Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original form of payment.

2) Cash purchases made at the Ector County Coliseum Box Office: Please return to the Ector County Coliseum Box Office for a refund during normal business hours after the winter weather passes (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; closed 12 - 1 PM for lunch).

3) Ticket purchases made at O’Reilly Auto Parts Stores: Please visit the O’Reilly Auto Parts store you purchased tickets from for a refund.

We regret to inform you that the O’Reilly Arenacross & Freestyle Championship, originally scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Ector County Coliseum, has been canceled due to unsafe road conditions caused by the major winter storm affecting the area.

The safety of our guests, participants, and staff is our top priority. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope everyone stays safe in this weather.

Due to high volumes, please allow up to 20 business days for refunds to be completed.
